Meet Andrea Mitchell.

Andrea has been the owner and director of Personal Concierge NZ since 2020, having worked with the company since 2015. With almost two decades’ experience as a professional organiser and personal assistant, she discovered a particular passion for helping senior and vulnerable people.

In 2020, that focus became Seniors Concierge: specialist support for people considering, entering or already living in retirement villages. Andrea has relocated numerous clients into and between villages and has extensive experience in downsizing, decluttering and the practical details of retirement living.

Seniors Concierge remains intentionally small. Andrea carries out the work herself, with a trusted team brought in when needed. It means clients receive a consistent, hands-on experience, reliable care and one clear point of contact throughout.
