Retirement Village Staging Relocation

Our team of skilled professionals delivers seamless and efficient moving solutions, ensuring the staging furniture, decor and art reach their new destination safely and are set up again with care and attention to detail. We offer the relocation of full or partial staging either within or between villages.

Photographs are taken prior to every relocation to ensure consistency and accuracy in the re-staging. Where necessary, our team can rearrange the placement of furniture to better suit the layout of the apartment.

All finger prints removed, items dusted or wiped where necessary.

Moving Within Your Village

Often due to a change of circumstances related to the health of yourself or your loved one, it may be necessary to move within your village or between villages for a living environment more suited to your needs. This may mean moving from Independant living to a Serviced Apartment or from a Serviced Apartment to Hospital care.

We can take care of it all, from downsizing your belongings through sale, donation or delivery to friends or family, to packing, moving and unpacking. We ensure your new home is set up just as you like it with all of your favourite possessions around you and that it is a safe space for you to live in.

We ensure your fridge and freezer contents are transferred, your bed is made and there is space for you to move freely and safely especially when using a walker, cane or wheelchair.

Deceased Estate Clearance

Often people will continue to pay for the cost of storage units for years because the thought of clearing them out can be overwhelming, or you may not have the time or anyone to help you sort out what is in there. In many cases, items that haven’t been seen in years are likely no longer required so we provide the opportunity to sell, donate or dispose (through recycling or last resort, the tip) of any items you no longer need.

It may be that we can reduce the size of the unit needed by rearranging and storing the items better and of course removing any that are not required.

Storage Unit Organisation or Clearing

Seniors Concierge offers professional and compassionate estate clearance services for individuals and families. Our team understands the sensitive nature of estate clearance and handles every aspect of the process with care and respect. From the initial assessment to the final disposal of items, we provide a comprehensive and tailored solution for each estate.

Seniors Concierge have great relationships with traders, auction houses, antique stores and charity stores to ensure our clients wishes are met and that all belongings are disposed of with thought, respect and with the best financial outcome that we can arrange.

About our company

I have been the proud owner/director of Personal Concierge NZ since 2020, having previously worked for the company since 2015.

Having worked as a professional organiser and personal assistant for the best part of two decades, I soon realised that my passion lay with helping the more senior and vulnerable in our society.   

In 2020, armed with this passion for assisting those making the sometimes difficult, overwhelming and emotional decision to move to retirement living, the focus of the company shifted to assisting those already in, or considering the move to retirement living. There was born Seniors Concierge, now the sole focus of the business.

Seniors Concierge offers a very personalised service where I carry out the work myself with the assistance of a great team when needed. This ensures a personalised hands on experience for my clients. It promises consistency and reliability, and just one point of contact.

Having relocated numerous people into and between retirement villages, along with years of carrying out downsizing and decluttering, I have extensive knowledge and experience of how the villages work and how best to handle the inevitable change and requirements that comes with relocation.  

With years of experience in the retirement and relocation industry, we pride ourselves on delivering efficient and tailored services to meet the unique needs of each client.
